Sales People and Commissions - Split Commissions | Point of Sale Overview

When you create an invoice, the salesperson is attached to it for commission or history purposes. Normally, just one salesperson is attached to each invoice, but if required, a switch can be turned on in Windward to allow Split Commissions with up to 3 sales people.

In Industrial Sales, the sales person often "Owns" the customer and gets the commission regardless of which clerk processed the order. If this is the case for your business, then you can attach the salesperson to the customer instead. Both methods are supported in Windward System Five.
